In this tutorial we'll explain how to create a workflow rule and email alert to send the invite from the object Campaign Member.
Create the Workflow Rule and Email Alert.
In the example below, surveys will be sent once a Contact/Lead is added as a member in a Campaign
1. Go to workflow rules and click 'New Rule'
2. Select the object 'Campaign Member' and click next
3. Fill in the necessary data and click 'Save & Next'
4. Click on 'Add Workflow Action' and then 'New Email Alert'
5. Follow the instructions below and click 'Save'
6. Click 'Done'
7. Click 'Activate'
